December 2020

WOW! December just flew by and I can't believe how many things happened in this past month! 

Yes, we are still in COVID quarantine which means a lot of time at home together but you won't hear us complaining. So thankful for all the extra time we get at home together making memories and connecting. We decorated cookies, baked treats, watched movies, decorated the house, read great books, snuggled, got a new couch, rocked getting honor roll as a 6th grader and conquered long division in 4th grade! 

 

Thanksgiving 2020

This Thanksgiving 2020 might not have been spent the way we typically spend our Thanksgivings, visiting with family and friends, but it was still amazing just snuggled up at home together. We cooked, baked, played games, and watched a movie. Sometimes change is good- and this was definitely one of those times. So thankful for sweet little family and all the time we get to spend together.

Quarantine has been hard. We miss being able to go out and do things but we are making the best of it and enjoying our time together as a family. One thing I am thankful for is this time where life has been slowed down for us and the opportunity it has provided us to spend more quality time together. We have been spending early mornings at the beach to get fresh air, lots of time baking in the kitchen, and cozy nights around the fire pit together. So thankful for my little family!
