Thanksgiving 2016

This year I got to spend all of Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving break with my 2 favorite little turkeys! We made thanksgiving dinner and Papa Dave and Grandma Donna came over for dinner. It was a quiet and nice time together as a family. I am so blessed and thankful!

Happy Birthday Mommy

This year, my birthday fell on a Friday, and the last day of Fall Break which was really fun. We went on a hike and went out to breakfast the day before my birthday. The morning of my birthday, it rained. So put on our rain boots and jackets and headed out for a nature hike up at Arroyo Verde park. It was such a nice morning just exploring with my little guys and seeing what kinds of treasures they could find and what messes they could make haha! There were gorgeous views and tons of great memories- it was an amazing birthday!

Family Teamwork!

Our basketball hoop was recently ruined by our not so nice neighbors but Papa Dave and Grandpa Donna saved the day and bought Ben a new hoop! Ben loves playing basketball, we play together almost every day after school so a broken hoop was a huge bummer for Mr. Ben. But after lots of hard work as a family and with lots of help from Papa Dave, we managed to put together the new hoop- here's to many more hours of shooting hoops and playing 21 together! 

Fall Break Silliness

The boys were on fall break from school this past week which worked out awesome since I was on fall break from work the same time! It was so nice to have a week with no work or school commitments and to just hang out and spend time together. Here are some pictures from our week of Fall Break. There was no shortage of snuggles, giggles and silly boy antics!!!

Pumpkin Patch 2016

This fall we visited a new pumpkin patch: Limoneira Pumpkin Patch and it was hands down the best pumpkin patch I have taken the boys to. There were hay rides, a pumpkin patch, a corn maze that was AMAZING, a hay maze, petting zoo, and vendors. The boys and I had so much fun, we can't wait to go back next year!!!
