Christmas 2019

Christmas morning with my boys is always wonderful and special. I love the quiet moments while they are snuggly, cuddly and still waking up and the fire is crackling in the background while the lights from the tree softly warm the room. It is a time that I look forward to all year. This Christmas we had family over for dinner and it was such a great time being together.

Deck the Halls

As the boys get older, I am learning just how important it is that sometimes I let go, I step back and encourage them to lead, to accomplish, and enogucarge them to try new things so they can learn they are capable of so many things. All these skills are necessary as they grow into young men who will one day, lead their own families, care for their own wives, and become men of character. So this year, as much as I like to lead... I am learning to sit back, encourage, and support.

1. A husband that truly cherishes me and our family 

2. Ben's sweet heart who cares and loves everybody and reminds me through his actions, to do the same

3. Nathan's silly spirit which reminds me daily to always look for reasons to be joyful and reminds me to laugh every day. 

4. A job that challenges me to grow every day and allows me to make a difference in the world

5. A home where my family is safe and warm and where we can make memories together
